Evening Walk - 5x7 Oil Painting

It took me quite a while to work my way through this painting and it's silvery-gold palette, but I like the way it turned out in the end. I experimented with a little more texture in this one than usual, giving the waves a boost of paint. I hope everyone has had a great weekend.

I think this is my all time favorite!
I love the multitude of color combined with soft edges and texture.
Great feel - I can smell the air and feel the wet sand between my toes...
